Unlimited job post for every recruitment agency for just £300 + VAT per year.
Multi-Sector Job Board
The best time for the Recruitment industry to have started its own job board was 20 years ago.
The second best time is now, which is why Recruitzy is a job board for recruitment agencies to be controlled by its members and not a mindless corporates bent on 400% price increases.

How will Recruitzy ever compete?
Job boards are only as good as the jobs that get posted to them, so every time you give your jobs to a Total Jobs, Reed, Jobsite, CV Library etc., you are literally creating the ability for them to ransom you.
By sending all your jobs to Recruitzy, you will be able to control that ransom fee, as changes in the membership fees will only happen if the membership approves the increase.
The fees are set at a level to never go beyond the site’s running costs and a small profit for RecruiterWEB.
After 6-18 months, you should be able to withdraw your adverting from other sites. As you get unlimited jobs, there is also no reason to hold back on the number of jobs you post.
But let’s be clear here, Rome was not built in a day, and Recruitzy will need your time and patience to keep posting jobs even if you get no initial response.
Building the recruitment industry a safe haven from ransom fees and 400% price increases like Total jobs and others just inflicted will take a bit of time. Think of the membership initially as an investment in the industry’s future and your future.

We can’t just stop advertising with the rest.
In some cases, that will be true; in many, it won’t. The worst case is to post to the sites you have now and Recruitzy and then phase out your other advertising as Recruitzy gathers momentum.

What sectors will Recruitzy cover?
The board will be a multisector board like a Reed, CV Library, and Total Jobs type deal and members will be able to ask to have sectors added we have not considered.

Paying a membership fee is not attractive for a new site. Is there any other way?
As my mum says, money does not grow on trees, and job board tech does not grow on trees either. I can’t afford to give it to you for free, but I can do the next best thing and fix its costs to just what is needed to cover its running. Nor does tech stand still, so the tech will need to evolve to keep with its pace/demands on it. The membership fee makes that possible; no membership fee means no Recruitzy.

What stops RecruiterWEB from building Recruitzy up and then selling it?
The membership terms will prevent Recruitzy from being sold and this fee from being hiked by some mindless corporate.
A personal goal in this is to leave some positive mark on the industry that has been so good to me. I want to reflect and say I am proud of what Recruitzy did for the industry.
