Charging you for the volume of jobs on the site is entirely unethical. It costs at most £0.00000000007 pence to put a job on a website. Nothing justifies charging you by the job.
FAQ 18: Do we charge extra based on site visits?
No, unlike some vendors, with us, you can have unlimited visitors to your site, and the support/hosting fees won't go up. It is entirely unethical to charge you for the number of site visits. With modern website server rental plans, nothing justifies charging you for site visits.

No, you can make unlimited support requests. Charging you for the number of support requests you make is entirely unethical.

100% of the updates our clients wish to make are free in the site admin, which the client has complete control over, with training materials, training videos and unlimited support provided.

No, they come as standard.

No, it is included in our support fees.

1st line support takes up to 2 hours; more advanced support will be estimated and answered, given how long it will take within 2 hours. Mission-critical issues are dealt with immediately.
